Jules and Mimi

Jules & Mimi is a fictional British television show featured in Sex and the City.

The show within a show is about a black man from Brixton and a white woman from Hampstead Heath. The show highlights both racial and social disparity in the United Kingdom. Miranda Hobbes, the lawyer played by Cynthia Nixon, has a TiVo recording system and becomes obsessed with the show. The show’s premise is of Jules renting the flat above Mimi's hat shop.

Jules was played by actor Andrew Stewart-Jones and Mimi by Vicky Cunningham.
