Julianna Baggott (born September 30, 1969) is an American writer and film producer. She is the founder of the production company Mildred’s Moving Picture Show, through which she develops film and television projects for major studios and streaming platforms.[1]

Baggott first gained recognition as a novelist and poet, publishing more than two dozen books under her own name as well as under the pen names Bridget Asher and N. E. Bode. In the early 2020s, her work expanded into film and television development and producing.

Biography

Baggott was born in Wilmington, Delaware. She attended Loyola University of Maryland and later received an M.F.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition to being an associate professor at Florida State University, she has taught creative writing at several universities and literary programs.
