Julie Paupe was born in Derby, England in November 1966, a twin sister to Debbie, sister of an older brother, Andrew, and daughter to Barbara and Bill Chetwyn. She is the mother of Dean and Linsey. Julie attended Noel-Baker Academy, a coeducational secondary school located in Alvaston, Derby, England. Julie worked as a social care worker during COVID-19, helping the elderly and affirmed some of those who had contracted COVID-19.

Career

Julie is the creator, producer and writer of the movie, The Prophecy of Troy, along with other movies – 3 of a Kind, Pudding Lane and What Happened on East Street. She is represented by Philippe Ashfield at Instant Entertainment where “microfilm, Tom, Dick and Harry,” which she wrote, was nominated for an award at The Birmingham Film Festival 2019. Julie also works as a screenplay consultant and novel to screenplay writer.

In 2015, Paupe signed to Philippe Ashfield's company Instant Entertainment.
