Julien Collin-Demers (born March 8, 1992) is a Canadian short track speed skater. Born in Ottawa, Ontario, Collin-Demers grew up training with the Gloucester Concordes speed skating club, and currently resides in Montreal, Quebec.

He represented Team Ontario at the 2011 Canada Winter Games in Halifax, Nova Scotia. There, Collin-Demers won a silver medal in short track speed skating for Ontario in the 3,000 m relay. This medal came after narrowly missing the podium in the 1500m, taking 5th in a difficult A Final. It was a big win for Ontario as the only medal for the short track men, edging out New Brunswick for the silver, and finishing just over a second behind a dominant team Quebec. Fellow members of the relay team included future Olympian Vincent DeHaitre, Dan Carruthers, Oliver Gervais and Kevin Sun.

Following the 2011 season, Julien moved to Montreal where he spent 2 years at Montréal Gadbois skating club, before joining the Montreal RTC (Regional training center), training and skating at the Maurice Richard Arena, home of the national training center. He retired from the sport in 2013 following a mononucleosis diagnosis. He spent a few years coaching at the Montréal Gadbois club while turning his efforts to study full-time at HEC Montréal in 2013.
