Juliet The Orange was a Malaysian singer and musician duo active in the Malaysian music industry for a brief period. They achieved breakthrough success with the song Ode from a Psychopath from the Boys & Girls 1+1=3 compilation album and their hit single, "Eyelash," from their self-titled debut album. The duo disbanded in 2001.


History

Juliet The Orange was established in 1996 by Marianne Lau Pin Leah and Lam Mei May. Initially known as Brodwyn, the duo first appeared on the compilation album Boys & Girls 1+1=3 (also featuring Nita, Intoxicated, Nicestupidplayground, and OAG). Their debut single, "Ode from a Psychopath," propelled them into the mainstream music scene. In 1999, they changed their name to Juliet The Orange and released their self-titled debut album, produced by Positive Tone. They actively performed at gigs, showcases, and made television and radio appearances. However, the duo disbanded in 2001.
