Julius Ferguson (born March 27, 1986), better known by his stage name Black Jewelz, is an American hip hop recording artist, music producer, and athlete from New Haven, Connecticut. Ferguson competed on American Ninja Warrior in season eight and in seasons ten through thirteen. His single "Never FM" was featured on American Ninja Warrior during season ten. Ferguson has released multiple hip hop projects dating back to 2012. His upcoming single, "King Is Black", is scheduled for a summer 2021 release. Ferguson was awarded Album of the Year in 2014 by the International Music and Entertainment Association for his album "Black Market", and also won Hip Hop Artist of the Year in 2016. Ferguson is currently in the studio working on his next album entitled "Strictly 4 Myself."
