Jupiter Ray Project is a Canadian folk music band formed by husband-wife duo Shannon Ross and Jack Pelletier in Wakefield, Quebec.[1] Ross plays the guitar and provides vocals, while Pelletier plays the guitar, keyboards, and provides backing vocals.

History

Jupiter Ray Project played at Westfest 2007. That year they released their second album, Morrison Heights.[1] They were scheduled to play at the Nortel Dragon Boat Race in June 2007. Their influences include Neil Young, Cowboy Junkies, Jenny Lewis of Rilo Kiley, Bob Dylan, and Emmylou Harris.
