Justin Spraggins is a mobile application developer and entrepreneur. He is one of the co-founders of Unmute, a streaming audio social media platform for iOS that was named one of the "Best New App"s in Apple's iPhone App Store, as well as a trending top tech app on Product Hunt; it has since received $2.2 million in funding from Greycroft Partners, Comcast Ventures and Betaworks, as well as David Stern and Robert Kirkman.[1]

He also developed Looksee, a mobile app that allowed anonymous users to connect and share images,[2] as well as TwentyFour, a photo-sharing app like Instagram with the ephemeral messaging nature of Snapchat (and was featured on The Voice).[3]
