KGGG-FM (107.7 FM) is an unrealised radio station with a construction permit to serve the Omaha, Nebraska area. The construction permit was held by Connoisseur Media.[1]
However, on November 24, 2010, after the FAA "had previously imposed a condition on the tower owner to coordinate any new frequencies on the tower," Connoisseur cancelled its CP and the FCC deleted the 107.7 FM frequency.[2] On February 24, 2011, the FCC announced that they would grant a refund to Connoisseur of fees paid for the permits; however, compensation for "lost opportunity costs" will not be made.[3]
