KKCG is an international investment group with beginnings dating back to 1995. Its portfolio includes numerous companies with various specializations. KKCG focuses on lottery and gaming, oil and gas, information technologies, and investments.[1]
KKCG Group
In 1992, KKCG's founder Karel Komárek.[2][3] founded M.O.S. Hodonín company, to conduct business in the gas supply sector. KKCG was established in 1995. Since then, the group has diversified its operations by entering into various other business sectors.[4] KKCG operates in 18 countries[5] in Europe and USA[6][7]
Its member companies include the SAZKA Group (lottery and gaming)[8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18], MND (oil and gas), the Aricoma Group[19] (information technologies)[20], KKCG Real Estate[21], the Springtide Ventures venture capital fund[22][23] and others.
Fischer Group (travel agency) transferred to Rewe Group in 2019.[24][25][26][27][28][29]
KKCG employs 6,000 workers in 2018.[30]
The group's parent company, KKCG AG, is based in Lucerne, Switzerland.[31]
