History
Founding (2009)
The company was founded in Hong Kong in 2009 by Kevin Chan, Eddie Chan, Jackson Chan and Raymond Chow.[1]
Stock Exchange Listing (2018)
In October 2018, the company listed its shares on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 8042. The legal adviser for the listing was Hong Kong law firm Deacons.[3]
Qianhai Office (2025)
In December 2025, the company established an office in the Qianhai Shenzhen - Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone in Shenzhen, operating alongside its Hong Kong headquarters.[1]
Name Change (2026)
In February 2026, shareholders passed a special resolution to rename the company from "KOS International Holdings Limited" to "KOS International Talent Group Limited".[4][5]
