KQRM-LD is a low-power digital television station serving the San Francisco Bay Area, licensed to Petaluma, California. It broadcasts in ATSC on UHF channel 28, virtual channel 61 (UHF), and is owned by HC2 Holdings. It is sister to Azteca América station KEMO-TV (channel 50) but shares channel space with independent station KOFY-TV (channel 20), Class A station KCNZ-CD (channel 28), and ethnic station KMTP-TV (channel 32). All four stations share a transmitter located atop San Bruno Mountain.
KCNZ-CD airs OnTV4U (an infomercial channel) on 61.1. It's duplicated on KEMO-TV's second digital subchannel.
