KWS-MX17
From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki
The KWS-MX17 is a USB multimeter with the ability to measure and indicate voltage, current, temperature, time, wattage, watt-hours and milliampère-hours.
Display and features[edit]
The unit features a backlit monochrome raster display. The indications update once per second.
- Layout
- The indicator shows the values in two columns, with the voltage and current indicators using a larger character size than the other values.
- Accuracy
- The voltage indicator displays the three leading digits, which means two behind decimal for 0.00 to 9.99 volts, and one starting at 10.0 volts. The indicators for current, wattage and watt-hours always show two, three, and three digits behind decimal respectively.
- Culumative measurement
- The culumative values (time, watt-hours and mAh) are stored on nine different pages, of which only those in the currently active (visible) page counts up. The culumative values are memorized even while powered off. The pages can be cycled through by pressing the button on the unit, and the culumative values of the displayed page can be reset to zero by holding it for a second. The number of the displayed page is indicated in the display's lower left corner.
If one of the indicators of the culumative values is exhausted, such as the time value exceeding 99h99m59s, the next group will be selected automatically in a second.
