Ka'ana Boutique Resort & Spa
Ka'ana Boutique Resort and Spa[1] is located in the Cayo District, near San Ignacio Town. It opened its doors in 2007.[2] It is affiliated with Small Luxury Hotels of the World. The resort states that they are committed to making a low impact on the environment and local culture.[3] Small Luxury Hotels of the World says that they promote responsible environmental, economic, and social practices.
The resort won an award in 2008 for Best Tourism Employer[4] given by the Belize Chamber of Commerce[5] and the Rotary Club of Belize.[6]
