Growing up, Kaelis was surrounded by Rugby, Particularly Rugby league. Kaelis would become a fan of The Auckland Warriors through thier star player Shaun Johnson. Because of The Warriors Kaelis was keen on joining a Rugby League team and there was no better match than the Casey Warriors (A local Rugby team in Melbourne Australia) This one decision would show a direct example of the butterfly effect, solidifying him as one of the leading players in the Casey Warriors. Kaelis was also named after Former Rugby player Nathan Cayless, so his decisions almost felt like fate.
