Kaitlynn Elizabeth Carter (born September 4, 1988) is an American blogger and co-founder of the online fashion marketplace Foray Collective.[1]
Early life[edit]
Carter was born in Peterborough, New Hampshire. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire where she studied creative writing and journalism.[2][3]
Career[edit]
Often referenced as a model in American media due to her participation in Maxim's Salute to the Military special issue in January 2012, Carter is in fact a fashion entrepreneur.[4] Carter's lifestyle blog Western Wild launched in 2014.[5] She launched Foray Collective in November 2015.[6][7] Social influence fame has made Carter a spokesperson for many leading brands, including Macy's, Missguided, La Mer, UGG Australia, Marciano, American Eagle, Zappos, and Lulu's.
Carter has appeared on the covers of Locale Magazine and Modeliste Magazine.[8][9] She spoke on a blogger panel at the 2016 Simply Stylist Conference in Los Angeles as an expert in the fashion and beauty industries.[10]
Personal life[edit]
On May 4, 2016, Carter became engaged to television personality Brody Jenner and they married in 2018.[11] Some media outlets have focused attention on the fact that Carter's married name could be Kaitlynn Jenner, similar to Jenner's parent, Caitlyn Jenner.[12]
