Early life
Kallan Dawson has an unusual path to the big time. He did not play in the NAB League as a junior. He played with Williamstown CYMS in the VAFA before transferring to Williamstown in the VFL.[1] While at Williamstown, Dawson made clever decisions and good use of the ball.
AFL career
Dawson was the second pick in the 2022 Midseason draft. He made his AFL debut against Essendon at the Docklands Stadium.
