Kamal Acharya(कमल आचार्य; born 27 August 1998) is a Nepalese researcher and author in the field of computer science and information technology(CSIT).Kamal Acharya's research interests are project management, science and technology, computer engineering, research articles and google analytics. Kamal studies how technology can be used to solve real-life problems and develops projects and software systems for schools, businesses, and other organizations. He has published several academic papers and project reports that show his skills in applying knowledge to practical work. He is active on platforms like SSRN, ResearchGate, ORCID, and Google Scholar, where he shares his research and connects with other researchers. His work helps improve understanding of technology and inspires students and professionals in Nepal and beyond.

Early life and Education

Acharya was born on 27th August 1998 to Father Dilli Raj Acharya and Mother Sharada Devi Acharya in Kailali district of Nepal.Kamal Acharya passed school leaving certificate (S.L.C) from Janapriya Secondary School (2014) likma, Kailali, He has passed intermediate of science (I.sc) from Radiant Secondary School (2014-2016) Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur.He has passed bachelor of science and information technology (B.sc Csit) from Farwestern University Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur (2016-2019) and master of science and information technology (M.sc Csit) from Tribhuvan University Kirtipur, Kathmandu (2019-2022). He like to do a social work as well as help for those people who are helpless.

Kamal Acharya married Babita Baduwal (now Babita Acharya) on July 6, 2020, in a relatively private and low-key ceremony. The wedding occurred during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic in Nepal, which likely limited gatherings, guests and traditional grand celebrations.Babita Baduwal (now Babita Acharya) was born on December 20, 1998, in Kanchanpur district, Nepal. She completed her Intermediate in Management from Sunrise Public School and earned a Bachelor of Management degree from Tribhuvan University. She is fluent in English and Nepali. Professionally, Babita works as a digital content creator, producer, and social worker. She has produced short lifestyle vlogs and videos, including “My First Vlog | Together Vlog” and content on the lifestyle of hilly region people (released in 2022). She maintains a low-profile presence on platforms like Facebook as a digital creator

Teaching Experience

Kamal Acharya has gained valuable teaching experience in the field of Computer Science and Engineering at both lower and higher secondary levels. During his time at Japanpriya Secondary School, Likma, Kailali (2022–2023), he focused on teaching in a clear and simple way so students could easily understand computer concepts. He taught subjects like basic programming, computer hardware, and software applications by using examples, demonstrations, and small classroom projects. He encouraged students to practice regularly and ask questions, which helped them become more confident in using computers. His teaching style was friendly and supportive, making the classroom environment comfortable for learning.

Earlier, at Birendra Secondary School, Ghangal, Doti (2019–2022), Kamal Acharya worked with students from different backgrounds and learning abilities. He connected computer education to real-life situations so students could understand how technology is useful in daily life. Along with teaching, he also helped improve basic computer skills among students and supported other teachers in using digital tools.
