Kamal Nabizada (born 27 November 1957) is a prominent Afghan businessman who has been active since 1991 in the fields of oil and gas, construction, media, charitable foundations, agriculture, and hospitality in Afghanistan, Russia, and Central Asian countries. He is known as the founder of Arzu Television and as one of the first Afghan investors in the Moscow-City project. He also established the Nabi-zadeh Foundation to support the underprivileged in Afghanistan.[1][2]
Early life
Kamal Nabizada was born on 27 November 1957 in Mazar-i-Sharif, Balkh Province, Afghanistan. His father, Ghulam Nabi Khan, was a well-known figure in the region. Kamal completed his primary and secondary education in Mazar-i-Sharif, then attended the Technical University of Afghanistan, earning a bachelor's and master's degree. He later moved to Moscow, where he received a doctorate in political science from MGIMO University.[3]

From childhood, Nabizada showed interest in business and gradually expanded his enterprises, turning them into one of the most successful business groups in the region. His companies operate in the following sectors:
