Kambiz "Aaron" Merabi (born January 21, 1959)Born in Tehran, Iran, Kambiz attended Rochville University and is a graduate of Berkeley University. Througout his life he has been working in CRE Commercial Real Estate owned by his family Merabi and Son's which has been in his family for many generations.

Kambiz was born in Tehran Iran on to a wealthy noble Persian family Cohen & Merabi. He attended Queens College and Touro College majoring in Business - Suffield University Twins falls, Idaho 1984 in History. Belford Univeristy Humble Texas 1986- MA in Law. Rochville University Maryland 2005 Double major BA Political Science. BA Architectural University of Berkley, Michigan 2005. Honorary Doctrine in Law Ashwwod University Humble Texas 2006. Doctrine in political science Education at Stern (NYU) Law 6 Months course & Seminars Studies in Religious & spiritual Laws ,Mesivtha Tiferth Jerusalem Yeshiva under direction of Rabbi Moshe Zuker (Suger).
Real estate developments[edit]
In 1998, Kambiz took over his family’s business. Kambiz created a real estate company in the premium real estate market in the United States. Merabi has several projects under way, with varying levels of success in their progress.[1] Legal affairs [edit] In June 2007, Richard Hilton Preservationists had made comment against the Merabi & Sons, and Kambiz Merabi about the oldest known house in the Van Nuys, which was false and denied by Kambiz Merabi.
Business ventures & Business career[edit]
Beyond his traditional ventures in the real estate, and hospitality, he has carved out a niche for his organization. The Merabi and Sons Group and Merabi and Sons Organization (Merabi & Sons, Inc. and Merabi & Sons, LLC).
Kambiz Merabi is the Founder, Chairman, and the investor of these companies.
Political activity[edit]
Since the 1994 interim election, Kambiz Merabi has made contributions to campaigns of both Republican Party and Democratic Party candidates. Kambiz Merabi is an active Republican, whose main issues are education to pave the way for future generations, humanity, the environment, and world peace. Kambiz was unanimously elected Van Nuys Neighborhood Council member in June of 2014.[2]
Philanthropist[edit]
