Kamil Krzysztof Całek Bagiński, Ślepowron coat of arms (born June 20, 1986 in Wrocław) – Polish lawyer, academic teacher.[1], social[2], political and sports[3] activist. Since 2022, professor at Apsley Business School in London. Involved in human rights activities. In 2009, he won the academic vice-championship of Europe in football at the European Football Masters in Berlin[4]. In 2021, as a coach[5] of the Polish National Team player[6]Justyna Franieczek, he won a double[7] World Championship in athletics. With the above-mentioned competitor, he won the European Championship at 400 m and the European Vice-Champion at 100 and 200 m at the European Games 2022 in Krakow and the bronze medal at the European Championships as well as the World Grand Prix in Bydgoszcz[8][9]. In 2021, with the above-mentioned competitor, he achieved qualifications for the Tokyo Olympics, where he reached the final, taking 5th place in dramatic circumstances. He is the President of the Management Board of the Central European Center for Strategic Analysis in Warsaw, of which he is the founder[10]. Since 2022, he has been the Director of the Institute of Strategic Analysis and Geopolitical Research SCAS and the Director General of the Tadeusz Pietrzykowski National Foundation for Sport Development in Wrocław. Since 2022, he has been the Plenipotentiary of the Member of the Commission for Sport at the Wielkopolskie Voivode[11]. In the same year, he took the position of Vice-President of the Polish-Ukrainian Union. He is a member of many non-governmental organizations in which he holds executive and managerial functions. He is the grandson of Władysław Bagiński, an officer of the Polish Army, commander of the unit in the Battle of Lenino, who hid Stanisław Mikołajczyk, the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Poland in Exile, from the communist authorities. Relative to Kazimierz Florian Bagiński, one of the defendants in the Moscow "Trial of the Sixteen" in 1945.

Education[edit]

In 2008, he graduated from Political Science at the University of Management and Banking in Poznań, where he received a scholarship for outstanding academic performance. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wrocław, where in 2010 he completed a supplementary master's degree in European Studies in the field of Federalism and Regional Policy. In the same year, he completed Postgraduate Studies in Pedagogy for Teachers at the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław. In 2012 he graduated from the Police School in Piła[12]. In 2013 he was accepted by the Department for Continuing Education at the University of Oxford in the field of History (Age of Revolutions), graduating the same year. In 2016, he graduated from the Foreign Policy Studies at the Diplomatic Academy of the Polish Institute of International Affairs in Warsaw. A graduate of Executive EMBA Studies as well as an MBA in Cybersecurity and an MBA in Security Management at Collegium Humanum, Warsaw Management School in 2021. At the same university, he completed Postgraduate Studies in Psychotraumatology in 2022. He obtained education qualifications for candidates for members of supervisory bodies of companies with State Treasury (Article 19(1)(1)(c) of the Act of 16 December 2016 – on the principles of state property management (Journal of Laws of 2019, items 1302, 1309, 1571, 1655). In 2022 he graduated Postgraduate studies in Diplomacy at the Heroes of Westerplatte Naval Academy in Gdynia[13] and in the field of conditions and organization of agriculture at the Gdańsk University of Applied Sciences, obtaining the qualifications described in § 2 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of January 17, 2012 on qualifications agricultural holdings held by persons engaged in agricultural activity (Journal of Laws, item 109). He is also a graduate of doctoral studies III degree studies at the 8th level of the European Qualifications Framework EQF at Apsley Business School of London University in the field of Legum Doctor – Doctor of Law and Doctor of Business Administration. At the same university in 2022, he completed his master's studies in Psychology and Psychotraumatology – Master of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Psychotraumatology. In 2022, on the above-mentioned defended his doctoral dissertation in the field of humanities in the discipline of history entitled "The Association of Polish Malta Cavaliers of the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta. History and Present”[14]
