Kapurung

Kapurung (Tae' language: Pugalu) is an Indonesian dish originating in South Sulawesi, popular in Luwu Regency and parts of Sabah, Malaysia, due to immigration from South Sulawesi. It is made from sago flour or essence, and often cooked with a mixture of fish, chicken and various vegetables.
