Karen Bruce
Karen Bruce is a British politician serving as a member of Leeds City Council. She represents the Rothwell electoral district and is affiliated with the Labour Party.
Biography[edit]
Karen Bruce was first elected to the Leeds City Council in the 2011 local elections. She has since been re-elected multiple times, serving in the Rothwell district. Bruce is a member of the Labour Party.
Political Career[edit]
Bruce began her tenure on the Leeds City Council on May 6, 2011, and has held her position since then, with the exception of a brief period from May 2015 to May 2018. During the 2018 Leeds City Council election, she received 2,326 votes in the Rothwell district. In the subsequent 2019 election, she garnered 1,731 votes.
Bruce has been an active participant in local politics, consistently representing the Labour Party in her district.
