Karen Salle is currently Principal Broker at Blackpoint Land Partners, LLC, based in North Carolina. The 80-acre spread located just five minutes from the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway is currently in development, which includes the Blue Ridge Mountain Homes project. Mrs. Salle is also a Managing Realtor with The Florida Property Network Group, LLC,  which provides expert professional guidance to both buyers and sellers and facilitates all buying and selling processes. She is also currently Co-Founder and Manager of Highland Legacy Farms, based in Linville Falls, North Carolina, which is one part of her Blackpoint properties.

Mrs. Salle has extensive experience as a professional real estate agent/broker serving clients as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, and she maintains her active membership in the National Association of REALTORS®.

Early Life[edit]

Mrs. Salle began her professional career as a grocery store manager before meeting and marrying her husband, Brian. In the early 80’s the couple partnered in business and began a successful franchising enterprise with Subway, eventually managing over 27 Subway franchise outlets. Subsequent to their success, Karen Salle obtained her real estate license and began her solo career as a real estate broker and manager, primarily based in Florida but eventually extending throughout the Southeastern United States. Her real estate development projects are still active.

Career[edit]

In addition to her work in real estate development and management at Blackpoint and The Florida Property Network Group, Mrs. Salle was also the Executive Vice President and Principal at the Key West Yacht Charter, a boutique yacht charter company formed with her husband. She also founded and developed a successful ground transportation company, Principal Islands Transportation, Inc., where she served as Executive Vice President. The company served the south east coast of Florida with comprehensive ground transportation services. Mrs. Salle has also recently entered into partnership with Air B&B, Homeaway, and VRBO, launching a vacation rental program for property buyers at her Blackpoint Land Properties.

Personal Life[edit]

Mrs. Salle was very active in the Flagler Habitat for Humanity Project (2001-2002) where she served as a Selection Board Volunteer facilitating the needs of economically disadvantaged families in search of proper housing, and she remains devoted to early education as a teacher at St. Marks Christian Day School based in Palm Coast, FL. At St. Marks Mrs. Salle is currently active with her Pre-K students, assisting and enabling them with fundamental educational learning skills. Mrs. Salle is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and takes great joy in serving her community while utilizing her educational background from Daytona State College and the Community College of Baltimore County.

In addition to serving her community Karen Salle remains devoted to her husband and family and, as Co-Founder of their wholly family-owned business Highland Legacy Farms, she is active on a daily basis at managing the ranching and cattle breeding business along with her husband, son and grandson. She is also excited in regard to her future entrepreneurial opportunities, and looks forward to continuing to build and expand her real estate holdings.
