Kari Coleman
Kari Coleman is an American actress known for her work in television in the 1990s and 2000s.
Life and career[edit]
Coleman's career goes back as far as 1993, with credits for such shows as The Jamie Foxx Show, Home Improvement, Pointman, Roseanne, Married... with Children and Seinfeld. In Seinfeld, Coleman played George Costanza's ex-girlfriend, Allison, who becomes a lesbian with George's other ex-girlfriend, Susan. She also nags George for $50 because he owes her the money. Coleman has also been in more recent television programs, including as Julie in Sons & Daughters, Mrs. Deborah Hauser in Veronica Mars, Mrs. Clark in According to Jim, Penny Hadcoate in Judging Amy, Woman in The Tick, Interviewer in Charmed, Mona in ER, Marcy Katz in JAG and Rebecca Wainwright in Martial Law. In 2013, Coleman starred in the MTV scripted show Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous.
Besides her work in television, Coleman has appeared in films such as Sour Grapes, Life Sold Separately, the IMAX 3D feature T-Rex: Back to the Cretaceous and as Helen Stacy, the mother of Emma Stone's character, in The Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
She has worked with James Randi, a well known skeptic and paranormal debunker, as a "psychic" who performs cold readings.
On January 28, 2002, she married fellow actor Kyle Secor (who also happened to appear on Veronica Mars as Jake Kane) and together, they have two children.
