Karl Clauss Dietel (10 October 1934 – 2 January 2022) was a German industrial designer. Dietel was a professor at the Technical School for Applied Arts in Schneeberg, its director from 1986 to 1990, and president of the Association of Visual Artists of the GDR from 1988 to 1990.[1] He died on 2 January 2022, at the age of 87.[2]
