Katherine Brucker
Katherine Brucker is a career member of the U.S. Foreign Service who is Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) at the U.S. Embassy in Cote d'Ivoire.[1] She was Chargé d' Affaires[2] until Ambassador Richard K. Bell assumed office on October 10, 2019.
Brucker earned a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.[1] She also earned a master's in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. in history and French from Tulane University.
She was also DCM at the U.S. Embassy in Libreville, Gabon from 2014–2017, assuming the role of the Chargé d'Affaires upon the Ambassador's departure.[1]
