Kathleene A. Molen is a lawyer at the Department of Justice.[1]
Career[edit]
Department of Justice[edit]
Kathleene Molen represented the Immigration and Custom Enforcement in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the agency to make public records regarding immigration enforcement data.[2][1] In violation of an order from Judge Amit Mehta that required them to produce relevant documentation in a legible format, Molen and other attorneys representing ICE continued to file relevant documents to the courts that were effectively entirely redacted.[3][4]
