Upon her husband's inauguration on January 7, 2019, Evers began serving in the role of First Lady of Wisconsin.[7] During the 2018 election, Evers led a "Women for Tony" task force across the state to mobilize women voters. This included an event with U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren.[8][9][10] Evers also appeared at rallies alongside Vice President Joe Biden and U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin.[11][12][13][14]

Evers joined her husband for the National Governors Association 2018 Summit and hosts tours at the Wisconsin Governor's Mansion.[15][16]
