Early Life
•Born in Dallas, TX
•Mom had me at 17 and we lived in a dorm together as she attended Texas Women's University. Saw from a young age with determination and independence looked like from her.
•Grew up in Seattle, Washington
•Went to Washington State University, graduated 2014 - studied fashion and business
•Worked at the Zulily headquarters as a merchandiser in downtown Seattle, but always felt something missing, craved adventure
•At 23, I boarded a plane with a one-way ticket to the other side of the world in search of “my purpose”
•Lived in Thailand for a year teaching high school English to Thai students
•Lived in India and studied yoga to obtain my 500 HR YTT certification, this is where I "cracked open" and woke up to my/ our innate potential as humans if we can connect mind/body/spirit
•Worked with plant medicines with shamans in the Amazon villages of Peru to uncover purpose on deeper layers
•Lived in a car and drove the entire country of Costa Rica
•In total was gone for 3 years backpacking 25 countries, truly understanding who I was physically, mentally, spiritually
•Developed & launched my first virtual offering (a 4-week yoga program) in January of 2017 in hopes to spread this awareness to others who couldn’t travel or go to India
•Put on first teen mindfulness retreat in Seattle June of 2017. I have 4 little sisters and felt it just as important to bring this knowledge to teens as well
•The retreats are a place for the girls to see and truly be seen for perhaps the first time in their lives. We hold extremely sacred space that allows for connection to themselves, each other and the world ~ and to experience mindfulness and mindful ways of life in all ways. We focus on meditation, movement, sustainability & sisterhood while blending eastern and western philosophies so that they can enter the new school year confident & excited.
Career
•My virtual course that I had created in Jan 2017 lead me down a parallel path to understand virtual business really well - decided to become a coach in August 2018
•Virtual business has grown immensely up to this point and now I help lightworkers take their passions and turn them into a 6-figure income
•Just hit our first $45k sales month the same month two of my clients hit their first $20k month
Personal Life
•Moved to Maui, Hawaii with partner Tom at the beginning of 2020
•We live in a little beach house by the ocean
