Early Life
Pfitzner was born in upstate New York, where her father and mother worked in a rope factory. She moved with her family to North Carolina at a young age, attending K-12 school in Winston-Salem, NC. She is a graduate of UNC School of the Arts.
Career
Katrina Pfitzner is a designer, published author, thought leader, and in 2023 became the lead engineer for BIG linden.
Pfitzner has worked for Kayak.com, The United Way, Sequoia Capital, American Airlines, Northwestern University, the YMCA, AirBnB, Volvo, fast-growing startups, VC firms, universities, and medical centers.
