Kauffman networks
From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki
Kauffman networks are forms of gene regulatory network models, which follow or elaborate the 1969 work of Stewart Kauffman[1] concerning Boolean network models of gene and protein interactions.[2]
Extensive efforts have been put into developing an understanding of the dynamics of Kauffman networks, including stability[3], noise[4], complexity[5], and many other dynamical considerations.
