Kayih Tehli (Tigrinya: ካዪህ ተክሊ) is a woreda in Tigray Region, Ethiopia. Part of the Maekelay Zone, Kayih Tehli has been newly created from the earlier Kola Tembien woreda in 2020. Kayih Tehli is the birthplace of Siye Abraha.[contradictory]
In 2020, the earlier woreda Tselemti became inoperative and its territory belongs to the following new woredas:
- New (smaller) Kola Tembien woreda
- Kayih Tehli woreda
- Abiy Addi town
