Kedar Shankar
Kedar Shankar Mynepalli is an Indian actor and works in Telugu films. He gained applause and fame through his role in Pelli choopulu as Prashanth(Vijay Devarakonda)’s dad's role.[4] He recently acted in Paytm advertisement in Telugu[5]
Early life
Kedar Shankar, a promising film artist from Vijayawada, graduated from National College, Machilipatnam. He also did a PG diploma in Marketing and Sales Management and worked for 28 years in a pharma company besides honing his acting skills by acting in plays staged by theatre groups. His desire for acting in films made him settle down in Hyderabad and look for opportunities in film acting. He got good opportunities to act in over 50 films in different challenging roles, besides acting in scores of TV serials. He has made a mark for himself as a character artiste and has won the acclaim of filmgoers.
TV Career
He acted in TV serials like 'Mahalakshmi', 'Adade Adharam', 'Sikharam'.[6][7]
Other Projects
He did projects like 'Nenu saitam' for Vijayawada Municipal Corporation and 'Modati Adugu' (based on mid-day meals), which was screened in an International short film festival.[6]
