Kelly Norman Ellis
Kelly Norman Ellis is an Affrilachian poet. She is the author of Tougaloo Blues and Offerings of Desire and co-editor of Spaces Between Us: Poetry, Prose, and Art on HIV/AIDS[1].
Education[edit]
Ellis attended the University of Kentucky, where she received her Ph.D.[1]. During her time here[2], Ellis became a founding member of the Affrilachian Poets[3]
Career[edit]
Ellis is an Associate Professor of English and Director of the MFA Writing Program at Chicago State University[2]. She is a current member of the Affrilachian Poets.
