Kelly Rupp

Kelly Rogers-Rupp (born 1962) was the first woman mayor of Minco, Oklahoma and is the publisher of The Minco Millennium.
Biography[edit]
Early life and education[edit]
Rupp graduated from Kickapoo High School in Springfield, Missouri. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas.[1]
Career[edit]
Rupp has taught English since 1991 at Redlands Community College in El Reno, Oklahoma.[1]
