Kenneth Joseph Nolan, known as Ken Nolan, is a founder of Nolan, Auerbach & White, LLP.  He is also an executive producer for documentary films.

Early life and education[edit]

Nolan was born on July 31, 1961 in Hollywood, Florida. Nolan graduated from Yale University with his B.A. in 1983, and the University of Florida with his J.D. in 1986.[1] In 1998, Nolan was a Trial Practice Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University School of Law.[2]

Nolan is a founder of Nolan Auerbach & White[3][4][5][6] and was Vice-Chairman of the Florida Bar Consumer Protection Law Committee from 1997–2001.[7][8] He is Chairman of the President's Council of Taxpayers Against Fraud.[9]

Film[edit]

Nolan is an executive producer, and a Board member of Chicago Media Project (CMP).[10][11] He was co-executive producer of Icarus, which won an Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature,[12][13][14] and an executive producer for the 2019 documentary 16 Shots.[15][16][17]

Personal life[edit]

As of 2019, he is the Vice President of the not-for-profit Florida Girls Giving Back,[18] and a Board member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Foundation.[19]
