He has previously worked as a Head women’s soccer coach at Albany State University[1] and Salem University. Prior to becoming a head coach , he was an assistant coach at Salem University. He is best known for remarkably turning around the Salem University's women's soccer team. Prior to him taking over in 2017, the Salem University women's soccer team had 4 losing seasons, with only one goal scored the previous season. In the 2018-19 season, his team led in NCAA D2 soccer in goals per game, total goals scored, points per game and also had a first team soccer all-American for the first time in school history.
