The Kentucky Blood Center is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. Organization provides lifesaving blood products to over 70 hospitals throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.[1][2][3]
Blood Collection
KBC relies on the generosity of volunteer blood donors to collect approximately 400 pints of blood daily to meet the needs of patients requiring blood for trauma, surgeries, cancer treatments, organ transplants, and other critical procedures.[4][5]
