It provides Healthcare CRM service including a complementary suite of enterprise healthcare applications focused on telehealth, service automation, clinical decision support, and analytics.

The core product, Health Desk, is a contact management system that automates contact and issue handling, with additional queueing and ticket handling features for contact centers. Additional products are available that automate frequent healthcare services, such as forms requests, patient scheduling, symptom checking, nurse triage, messaging, referrals, and telemedicine. Noted by Market Research Future as one of 10 products in the nascent Healthcare CRM market.[1] Health Desk supports integrations with many of the major Electronic Health Record vendors, including Allscripts[2], Cerner[3], Epic[4], and Athena Health.
