Moti BA or Motilal Upadhyay (1 Aug 1919- 8 Jan 2009) was a Bhojpuri writer, poet and lyricist. For his contribution in Bhojpuri Language and literature, he was awarded with Sahitya Academy Bhasha Samman Award in the year 2001.[1]
