Peter Harris (1933 - 23 February, 2021) was an English director. He is best known for his work on with The Muppet Show. Harris have collaborated with Jim Henson. He also directed an episode of Fraggle Rock, various straight-to-VHS Muppet compilations, the Henson epic A Muppet Family Christmas, Sesame Street‘s 20th anniversary special, six episodes of The Jim Henson Hour, The Muppets at Walt Disney World, and more. He had won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Directing - Variety, Music or Comedy Program on 1980 and was nominated for it on 1978. He died on February 23, 2021 at the age of 88. [1]
