Stepan Lvovych Rudnytsky (3 December 1877 - – 28 1937) was Ukrainian geographer, cartographer and ethnographer.

Stepan Rudnytsky was the most important Ukrainian geographer pre-world war I.[1]

He was a student of Albrecht Penck in Vienna, where he met famed Polish geographer Eugeniusz Romer, who would be his rival in the Paris Peace Conference (1919–1920).[2]
