The Chilling, is a 1992 direct-to-video horror film directed by Deland Nuse and starring Linda Blair, Dan Haggerty, and Troy Donahue

Production
The film was shot from January through February of 1989 with a few days worth of reshoots in April of that year in and around the San Francisco Bay Area.[1][3] The script was ghostwritten by Guy Messenger under Jack A. Sunseri's name.[1]
Release
The Chilling was released direct-to-video on March 11, 1992.[3]
