Kevin Baugh (born 30 July 1962) is an American-born micronationalist[3] who is the founder and President of the Republic of Molossia, a self-proclaimed micronation that is not formally recognised by any world government.[4]
His presidential term started on 3 September 1999, which is the official date of foundation of Molossia. However, his involvement in micronationalism goes way back to the end of the 1970s. He has made several endeavours in the micronational community, including the biennial MicroCon – the largest gathering of micronationalists.
