Kevin Jeffery Lincoln II (born October 28, 1980) is an American politician who is the 80th and current Mayor of Stockton.[2][3] Previously, Lincoln was in the White House Military Office from 2001 to 2005, serving in the Marine One under George W. Bush’s administration.[2][4]
