Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman bin Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa (Arabic: خليفة بن سلمان بن محمد بن عيسى آل خليفة, born August 10, 1947, died in 1993) is a Bahraini politician and author.[1]
Biography[edit]
Born on August 10, 1947, Al Khalifa studied at Omar bin al-Khattab School in Muharraq and Barmanah High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the American University of Beirut and went on to study at the Wharton School, the business school of the University of Pennsylvania.
He was appointed Minister of Labor and Social Development and wrote the book, تطوير صناعات النفط في البحرين وتنمية القوى العاملة في البحرين (“Development of the Petroleum Industries in Bahrain and Their Workforce in Bahrain”).
Awards[edit]
Al Khalifa received the Order of the Grand Conqueror from the government of Libya.
