Personal Life[edit]

Kia Drayton is a sports publicist and former model based in San Francisco. She has over a decade’s experience in the industry and has built her career through hard work and resilience. Her success has seen her receive multiple awards for her contribution to the industry, such as the Publicist of the Year Award and the prestigious Press Awards. Drayton holds a degree in Marketing and has attended courses in public relations, communications, and advertising. She gravitated towards sports due to her love for fitness and sports and also saw a gap in that sector. Her services include handling press operations and media relations for the teams and individual clients she represents, writing press releases, controlling the information released to the public, and managing their social media accounts. Her love for modeling set her on her path to being a publicist. While still young, Kia loved watching fashion shows, had an affinity for the camera, and posing for pictures came naturally to her. This, alongside her confidence, saw her start her modeling career at just the age of 13. She served as a fashion and catalog model, runway, fitness, and promotional model and traveled worldwide for her job. To boost her career, she decided to be her publicist to help take her career to the next level, so she learned as much as she could and received positive reviews and more opportunities for work. She decided to leverage on her career networks and used every social and work event to market herself as both a model and publicist. She is philanthropic and regularly donates to charitable organizations that support sportsmen and women like Challenged Athletes Foundation and Right To Play. She loves spending time with family, and her favorite pastime is swimming.
