Kian Golshayan (*19.03.2007) is a professional simracer from Amersfoort, Netherlands. He started his career with the Geestax Formula 1 E-Sports League in 2021. After winning the championship in his rookie season, he continued to dominate the championship the following seasons. As a result he was drafted by YRDA and got an invite to test for Arden International. As of today he is still trying to get to the top level of motorsports through sim racing.[2]

Career

Early Stages

It all began in 2021 with the foundation of the Geestax Community. Kian not only organized the first F1 2021 championship he also participated in it - and won it in his rookie season.

Switch to iRacing

After dominating the Geestax championship in the F1 game for many seasons, he decided to switch to the more competitive racing simulation iRacing. He created his account in early 2022 and since then he participated in many races. With his newly founded Team Subtract[3] he got more and more into endurance racing. With his friends, Milad Wieggers, Jasper Hulshof, Nikos Handtke[4] and Jonas Dangel - driver of the safety car in the Geestax Assetto Corsa Championship - he competed in multiple iRacing Special Events.
