Kiara Ortega (born February 2, 1997) is a Filipina accountant and beauty pageant titleholder in Avakin Life who was crowned Miss Earth Philippines Avakin 2022. She represented the Philippines at the Miss Earth Avakin 2023 pageant and won the title.
Ortega previously won Miss Grand International Philippines Avakin 2021. She represented the Philippines at the Miss Grand International pageant in Singapore where she failed to make it to the first cut.

Miss Philippines Avakin 2021[edit]
Ortega was a candidate at the Miss Philippines Avakin 2021 pageant and represented Laguna. At the end of the night, she was crowned as Miss Grand International Philippines Avakin 2021 on July 28, 2021. She also won Miss Photogenic, best in swimsuit, and best in evening gown awards.
Miss Grand International Avakin 2021[edit]
She represented the Philippines at the Miss Grand International Avakin 2021 competition but was unplaced, Mozal Zal of Greece won the said pageant.
Miss Philippines Avakin 2022[edit]
On June 12, 2022, she was announced as an official candidate of the Miss Philippines Avakin 2022, this was the second time that she has represented Laguna in the said pageant. On October 3, 2022, she was crowned as Miss Earth Philippines Avakin 2022. She also won the best in swimsuit award.
Miss Earth Avakin 2023[edit]
After being crowned Miss Earth Philippines Avakin 2022, she gained the right to represent the Philippines at the Miss Earth Avakin 2023 pageant. She has successfully made it to the Top 15 of the pageant. But, after initially failing to enter the top 10, she underwent the wildcard round and successfully made it to the next cut and ultimately to the top 5. She is the 3rd Filipina to enter the top 5 of Miss Earth Avakin in the last 3 years. She was initially crowned as Miss Earth Avakin-Air 2023 by the outgoing Miss Earth Avakin-Air 2022, Tatiana Bellafeyre of Malaysia on July 24, 2023. On July 27 2023, the eventual winner, Maria Andrea Paz of Australia, was dethroned due to some controversies after her crowning. Ortega assumed the title and she was crowned by Astrid Fenty of Brazil. She is the 1st Filipina to win the Miss Earth Avakin crown.
